Fresh Tuna Steak.

Swiss Paradise Villa – 25/01/2015. Sunday Lunch.
Deutsch / English translation subsequently!

Mein Mittagessen heute. Thunfisch!
Nein, nicht aus der Dose.
Frischer “Ahi“ Gelbflossenthunfisch Steak aus Hawaii.
Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Sojasauce gewürzt. In Olivenöl mit Knoblauch zur Perfektion (rosa) gebratenen.  Begleitet mit einem leckeren Butterreis. Einfach fantastisch!

No, not from the can.
Fresh  “Ahi” yellowfin tuna steak from Hawaii.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and soya sauce. Pan Fried to perfection (pink) in olive oil with garlic. Accompanied with a tasty butter rice. Just fantastic!
